I was seen at this location months ago and decided not to return for a couple of reasons. I was miss diagnosed with PCOS, after having a second opinion . At this point I keep receiving bills from this facility because they didn’t get a good enough swob for a Pap smear. Not my fault. Please stop the mislead medical system !
I waited a month and a half for my appointment, when I got there the receptionist said they no longer took my insurance. Then she said, "We just got that information on Monday.", it was Thursday. But, of course I could " self pay" was their response. They really should call their patience to let them know of insurance changes. It would have saved me an hour and a half round trip.
