This place is very professional and the staff is very nice. I honestly can’t say anything negative about the care itself. However, I was never informed about a cancellation or appointment change policy that includes a $100 fee. I found that ridiculous, especially as someone who pays completely out of pocket and does not use insurance. Unfortunately, they lost a paying customer, and I will not be returning.
I've been there twice and Dr. Rice and the staff are very nice, caring and professional.
