I was seen at this location months ago and decided not to return for a couple of reasons. I was miss diagnosed with PCOS, after having a second opinion . At this point I keep receiving bills from this facility because they didn’t get a good enough swob for a Pap smear. Not my fault. Please stop the mislead medical system !
I waited a month and a half for my appointment, when I got there the receptionist said they no longer took my insurance. Then she said, "We just got that information on Monday.", it was Thursday. But, of course I could " self pay" was their response. They really should call their patience to let them know of insurance changes. It would have saved me an hour and a half round trip.
I had an annual visit less than 2 weeks ago and a hardened/enlarged uterus was detected. Dr Hodges asked me to schedule an ultrasound to help further determine the issue. A week later I was scheduled for the ultrasound with Heather. Heather is an amazing health care provider with very calming bedside manner. She talked me through the procedure and assured me it wouldn't be uncomfortable and she was right.
