I had such a wonderful experience at this new OBGYN office today! From the moment I walked in, the staff was so kind, welcoming, and professional. The medical assistants were wonderful, and PA Kia Burch was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and took her time reviewing my history as a new patient. The entire office was clean, comfortable, and inviting. It’s refreshing to visit a new practice and immediately feel so well cared for. This place is very professional and the staff is very nice. I honestly can’t say anything negative about the care itself. However, I was never informed about a cancellation or appointment change policy that includes a $100 fee. I found that ridiculous, especially as someone who pays completely out of pocket and does not use insurance. Unfortunately, they lost a paying customer, and I will not be returning.
I've been there twice and Dr. Rice and the staff are very nice, caring and professional.
