They legit sent me home without any information after finding out i was miscarrying. No brochures... not what to expect. Complete and utter lack of compassion and empathy. They're EXTREMELY over booked, they don't have enough staff up front so it's constantly backed up on the phone and with a line waiting to check in/ out. The lab is a joke, no way to sign in so they keep coming out and asking ppl *whose next*. Disgraceful.
Dr. Chen is just the best she is taking very good care of me and I have to say all of the nurses and doctors there are great professionals appreciate the great help thank you.
I have been going to this place a few years now and the receptionist team never fails to disappoint. I have not once had an easy time making an appointment, and have waited on calls for up to 45 minutes just to be disconnected or hung up on. I did not receive care here. I am a man who was picking up a friend of mine. While waiting in the waiting room, I walked to the trash that was stowed away near the entrance to the backroom to throw my drink away and was approached aggressively by a nurse who asked me if I was there to receive services (reminder that this is a women's health center). I have seen a couple Doctors with this group. Everyone in the office cares and is so professional/kind! I was going to Brigham and Women's and ended up at the ER with a miscarriage. I called the on call and didnt get a call back. They didnt get back to me until the next day! I called South Shore Women's group. Not only did I get to speak with a nurse but they got me a appointment same day! Everyone was so sweet with helping me navigate through the loss.
