Good morning, I've been trying to talk to them for hours now, there's no translator to help us, terrible service.
I had a miscarriage and found out in the office. They were cold and unfeeling even though I was obviously distraught. They sent me home and gave me no information about what would occur or what to expect. It was scary, and honestly? Really disturbing and sad this day in age.
I am so thoroughly didappointed in the SS medical team since the merge. I’m currently 37 weeks and have found out I have a breech baby. I called the office and waited on hold for 20 minutes first 10 was waiting for an answering system to pick up my call and the next for a nurse. Insane. An appointment for a physical is at least 4 months out because my doctor took on another doctor’s patients. Next, getting a hold of a nurse for an urgent issue is near impossible, have to go through different call centers transferring you to get to the correct department and then wait on hold for an eternity (sat on hold for 57 minutes before taking the call back option, when a nurse finally called back, the call was disconnected on their end within the first 30 Seconds of the call and then the nurse didn’t even both... read more
