Receptionist was very rude especially to a new patient and my annual literally took 10 minutes. I would give them another chance, but I wasn't impressed. I didn't feel confident that I was a great hands when I left. I would rate them as average.
Let me start with- Dr.Austin & Dr. O'Reilly- really good doctors and nurses are usually nice. BUT- I had two babies delivered by this clinic and I am absolutely DONE with their staff who handle calls and paperwork. When you call- you wait at least 5-10 min before someone gets to you, and for some reason I am always #6 onthe line. You are lucky if they are in a good mood, and you don't get an attitude- and you have to follow up 10 times to get something done. Not surprised that the negative feedback is focused on their front desk. The office in Denville came highly recommended by a family friend so I was so disappointed in the harsh attitude I received. The first call attempt went unanswered for a few minutes only for someone to answer and hang up. The second attempt resulted in being scared away. I work in healthcare administration, I know the time it takes to set up a new patient, verify insurance, etc.....this woman couldn't have been clearer on me going elsewhere.
