This place sucks. They let politicians decide how they run their healthcare. Don’t trust them.
Heartless staff. After being a patient FOR OVER 10 YEARS they had stopped taking my insurance. Fast forward another 7 years or so and I am critically ill, Dr Andre Saad has performed the majority of my abdominal surgeries, and they want $200 for me to just come in and talk to him. Lne of my surgeries he performed left me with long term complications, and I let it go because he always took care of me and my babies. They didn't even let me talk to him on the phone. I love my Howard Beach office! Everyone is super nice, friendly and you're a PERSON (not a number/record)!! The office staff is very efficient in getting paperwork moving in a timely manner (God knows how much I piled on them) and unlike other doctor offices that I've been to, they don't drop the ball! I like the compassion that the doctors carry and I feel safe to entrust my health with them!! Thank you Women's Health Pavillion, Howard Beach Office- you all ROCK!
Horrible place! Worst staff and receptions! Who says you can't make an appointment with a certain doctor because you are not a new patient. Pathetic! I will make sure to never refer anyone I wouldn't even give a one star!
