I had to call this facility to make sure my appointment was on the day provided because no reminder or courtesy call / text message was provided, no big deal there, things happen. After arriving at 10:10 for a 10:15 appointment I waited for over an hour and 35 minutes. “I” eventually asked the receptionist if they forgot about me and magically I was called to the back shortly after (obviously they did forget I was in the waiting area).
