I don’t kno who was in the front desk for closing of 02/21/24 but when I called she was rude with an attitude very unprofessional
Today was my first visit at this doctor office & let me tell you. Dr. Montanez & her medical assistant are the best! They were both so sweet & Dr.Montanez was so gentle. Definitely have found my OBGYN! Y’all won’t be disappointed. Let her check yall cootie out she ain’t gone hurt it ❤️
If I could give 0 stars I would. I waited over 20 minutes after my appointment time to ask when I would be seen. There was a lady who came in after me, and was seen right away. The lady at the counter asked if I wanted to cancel rather than tell me what time I was going to be seen. Completely unprofessional!! I don't care who's fault it is, if you're running late be considerate of my time. Then as I'm leaving the lady asked who I was.
