I just moved to another city and need my image exams to be sent to the new provider, as a requirement to make a new one, but it is IMPOSSIBLE TO TALK with anyone in this place. I have called for the last 2 weeks, left at least 5 to 6 messages, emailed, and filled out the online form, and I still haven't gotten any answer from them. Please do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to go! Somewhere where they actually care about you and your health. I came in to see Dr Ethridge for some issues I was having. He took some tests and said he would call to discuss the results with me. He never called. I reached out and they told me through the portal that my results were normal. Okay and?!?! That’s not an acceptable response. Especially when I’m still dealing with the issues. They could care less! Find somewhere else to go!
Very bad physician service, nurse service and costumer service. The basic wellness visit that took only 5 minutes of the physicians time, who promised to give me a care recommendation after the tests results are ready and didn’t do it. Nurse was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional- doing the bare minimum. They Charged me twice for the same test. I paid for it in April, now months later they are sending me a bill again. She just let me continue to be in pain without any sort of workup and barely a 5 minute exam. I will be reporting this malpractice.
Appreciated this clinic until I dealt with billing. Will not be returning. The doctors are ok but dropped the ball in a few ways with my missed miscarriage.
