I brought my daughter here to address a stubborn cold. I was hesitant at first, because my original pediatrician was fine. This was merely a recommendation. Unfortunately, I regret my decision. The initial visit went well enough, however, when I mentioned that my autistic child struggles with taking medication and inquired about alternatives to dosing like say, a tablet that dissolved on the tongue, for example. At one point, this used to be a wonderful place, but somewhere along the line, something changed this year. New staff, new check-in procedures that required patients to log into a portal, and some new lady named Ms. Melissa 😊 Lord bless her heart, she is trying, but there is little to no reason for a patient to be waiting 45 minutes past a scheduled appointment to be seen. This should not be happening. Appointments are made for a reason, so if your appointment is at 10:45 a.m., why is a patient being seen at 11:25 a.m.?
