At one point, this used to be a wonderful place, but somewhere along the line, something changed this year. New staff, new check-in procedures that required patients to log into a portal, and some new lady named Ms. Melissa 😊 Lord bless her heart, she is trying, but there is little to no reason for a patient to be waiting 45 minutes past a scheduled appointment to be seen. This should not be happening. Appointments are made for a reason, so if your appointment is at 10:45 a.m., why is a patient being seen at 11:25 a.m.?
I have been taking my son here for years and not once have I had a bad experience, until today. Haley at the front has a horrible attitude. I asked for my son’s records and apparently that’s an inconvenience as she continued to repeat everything I said with a nasty attitude, while also huffing and puffing throughout the conversation. I then proceeded to sit there for 30 minutes and not receive the records. I had to leave and while doing she was on her personal cellular device.
