Hey, food is amazing but i am requesting to put more people in kitchen , I have noticed that Lot of Drivers are waiting in lobby for more than 30 minutes that’s so insane. Customer order online and pay more so they can get fast delivery but you guys hold them , make them wait for longer and longer time. I came today and saw one driver waited like 45 minutes. Tasty Pho & Noodle bowls. My go to Vietnamese restaurant.
Poor service, order was missing 2 dishes and they refused to fix the order. Was told they give me a good deal and only charge me for 1 of the 2 dishes they forgot and we had to pick it up, or they would deliver for free but we had to pay for the dishes they forgot. They argued with me and refused to fix the order very poor costumer service. There was also a hair in our rice, the two guys i talked with had nothing to say when i brought that up.
