I am highly impressed with the wizards attention to detail. The workmanship is of the highest caliber the cabinetry he built for us is very impressive much more so than we expected. The date for delivery and installation did get pushed out two days This wasn’t a problem for us as the end result was phenomenal
There are not sufficient words to express how much I've enjoyed working with John on a very unique project. I came to him with a crazy idea and he's made it a reality. My home will be unique and magical because of his masterful talent. He's been so easy to work with, very communicative. Finding true craftsmen in a world of pre-fab, artificial, mass-production is a rare and special thing. If I could give zero stars I would. Numerous delays in replies, setting up pick up times kept being delayed, and finally simply being ignored/ghosted when I thought we were getting near a pickup arrangement. Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Screenshot if texts and days in between. Taking my table repair elsewhere.
We had a set of stairs in our home that were offset and dangerous due to the lack of balusters. John custom made balusters and installed them. I am in awe of his skill and I would recommend him 100%! We are so excited to paint them!
