If I could give zero stars I would. Numerous delays in replies, setting up pick up times kept being delayed, and finally simply being ignored/ghosted when I thought we were getting near a pickup arrangement. Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Screenshot if texts and days in between. Taking my table repair elsewhere.
We had a set of stairs in our home that were offset and dangerous due to the lack of balusters. John custom made balusters and installed them. I am in awe of his skill and I would recommend him 100%! We are so excited to paint them!
