Always thought it was great until we decided to move. Then the nickel and diming started. Pay for repaint. Fine but not all the apt. was painted. Pay for cleaning. Pay full rent even though we haven't had access to amenities for over a year. Lots of shoddy workmanship and shortcuts, which we overlooked because the overall appearance was good. Don't get sucked in to putting down laminate flooring. This company is laughing all the way to the bank. P.S. Barb and Tom do a great job.
The Wisteria apartment building is a fantastic place to live....a hidden gem in Burlington. I have owned several homes and a condo and based on this experience I would rank the Wisteria at the top of the range of places to call home. It is well maintained thanks to the superintendents, Barb and Tom, who are efficient, helpful and considerate. They have high standards and are conscientious....which is a benefit to residents and guests. Overall it is a perfect environment.
We are now completing our first year living in this building. We recently retired and have found this building to be everything we need , there are all the amenities we could ask for. The superintendents Barb and Tom do an excellent job keeping this building as well as the common areas spic and span.Yes there has been some construction on the first floor but it is almost done and those units will be rented soon.
