Had a great experience working with the Wise Team. We interviewed 3 realtors because we wanted people with experience selling homes with land and north of $1.5M. Damian showed up and impressed. They were very patient with us while we looked at homes for months. Gave us tips on getting our current house ready to sell at top dollar. We were out of the house with full asking price in under 40 days. Would definitely recommend.

Damian Wise did not have our best interest in mind. We got an email from the selling agent saying that her client would be willing to pay more and Damian Wise did not pursue it.
