Had a great experience working with the Wise Team. We interviewed 3 realtors because we wanted people with experience selling homes with land and north of $1.5M. Damian showed up and impressed. Damian Wise did not have our best interest in mind. We got an email from the selling agent saying that her client would be willing to pay more and Damian Wise did not pursue it.
