Sterling is a great trainer. He challenges my body to do things I didn’t know it could. My results: I hit my goal prior to my timeline. Sterling keeps me on track with eating well and encourages me to do better. I look forward to being sore after our workouts.
I have been to the Wise Decision several times and I must say that it is quite different than any gym or fitness facility I have ever been to. The Wise Decision preaches from a premise of life changing behavior and not necessarily getting in shape or loosing weight.
