These guys are AMAZING - "we" had a Hard Drive failure - as in "dead". It contained files that weren't backed up - the most important files of course! They were able to retrieve ALL the lost data, on-site, at a reasonable cost and pretty quick too! Friendly and helpful - customer service doesn't get much better! Overall I cannot give a higher recommendation - if you are in or around the Ashevile NC area - give them a try BEFORE you give up hope and/or send your HD off to some unknown and faceless website.
