I’m creating this post in hopes that someone sees it and reconsiders. This property, which I currently live in, is NOT luxury. I’ve had several circumstances with roaches in my unit. SEVERAL. Like weekly.. and the poor pest service the company sends in does nothing to solve my issues. Imagine waking up as night and stepping on a roach.. that happens here. So don’t let the professional photos fool you.. this place isn’t as it seems and you’ll be stuck with the same problems I have.
I really enjoy living here. The staff is friendly, the community is nice, and the amenities are great. My only concern is security around the amenity areas. Lately, it seems that people who do not live in the complex have been entering through gates that are left open or waiting for residents to open the main gate. I have also seen people wait for residents to open the gym or pool gate, and in some cases the pool gate has been propped open so others can enter.
