The evening concierge is very pretentious and is really good at saying no. You just work there you don't live in the building. Also you aren't from here. Some residents are nice, others look at you like your an alien. I don't understand how someone would pay that much money for this God sent location which is not that great but you think it is, all because you don't want to mow your lawn and take your small dog on a walk in Yonge St, wow.
Pretty spiffy condo near Lawrence Park. Nice units, HIGH prices. But that is to be expected around here. Clients quite liked it, who knows, maybe they'll buy it. I would certainly bring other potential buyers here.
