Through my agent, I asked a question of the Winney Team regarding 5401 Switzer listing.... I wanted to know why there was such a large discrepancy between the County appraisal and the asking price of the property (under 250K appraisal and 350K asking) the listing agent "laughed and said " If he thinks he can buy this for $250K he is crazy"... an arrogant response at best... and certainly not an answer to my question.
