Honest
this property maintenance company are very inconsistent, ridiculous and lacking in professionalism. They kept the money from the rental deposit without providing evidence of the alleged damage caused. Not to mention many lease violations by the landlord including tenant harresment.
Don't even try to do business with Wing Property Management a Re/Max Executive affiliated ( also known as The Wing Team Real Estate at Indian Trail NC Re/Max Executive )...stay away as far as you can.... Unprofessional, arrogant , she doesn't care about who's right or wrong when a problem arises with the properties she managed... she just take the side who's paying her.... In my particular case at the end of the lease her managment bussines do not return the rent deposits "arguing house wasent returned in a rent condition " ... read more
I really like them personally they are pleasant and responded to things in a timely manner the paperwork was well done as far as I know. I regret to say I wouldn’t use them again as agents, my complaints are being too passive and not advocating enough on behalf of their clients. I estimate we lost $18,000 on the sale of our house in a hot market and another $15,000 on the buying side. They never came in person to look at the house we were selling and we made way too many concessions for no reason other than being locked into... read more
