Love the management and maintenance folks at The Winfield. Top-notch service. The place is adorable too.
I lived at The Winfield for 10 years. It is in a prime location right near old town Scottsdale. The rent rates are very reasonable. We went through 4 different property managers while I was there - the most recent being Scott Stone. Scott was a pleasure to interact with a he always took care of maintenance requests in a timely manner & was always quick to respond to needs. I would recommend The Winfield to anybody who is in the market to rent at the moment. I would still be there, but for personal reasons I had to relocate. ... read more
Scott is excellent at finding the right space for the right tennent! The property is beautiful and the community is thriving! Highly recommend !
As a small dog breed owner, We are outraged and offended by the breed exceptions in the community laws. Will look somewhere else.
