William and Priscilla Mitten founded The Windsor Press in the basement of their home in 1958. With the aid of a small A.B. Dick offset duplicator, a typewriter, folder, collator and a small headline machine, the Hamburg Shopping Center Guide, with a circulation of 5,000 copies, was born. In 1960, a second shopping guide was published in the Kutztown Area with a circulation of 8,000 copies. My mother had delivered this paper for over 20+ years. Started out great, but the past 2 years have been a nightmare for her. She doesn’t get paid for months at a time, gets told the check was sent idk why you aren’t getting them. Gets treated like complete crap by office employees who answer the phones and Dave is the WORST! Numerous calls weekly to him with not a single response. Delivery man just throws the papers where ever the hell he wants. So tired of it.
They continue to throw unwanted deliveries of their ads to my house & since we travel, they pile up in our driveway letting the public know we're away from home. I've called/emailed/left messages 8x to request they remove me from their distribution list & they simply refuse to honor my requests. It's unfortunate they have such a lack of respect for the public.
STOP DELIVERING TO MY HOME!
