Great facilities and staff. The menu looked great. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is the size of the apartments.

We’d like to thank the entire staff of the Windsor for the wonderful treatment that our mother Doris received during the past year. Prior to moving from Las Palmas to the Windsor she was quite apprehensive. However, within several weeks she was more than content and realized that it was the right decision. Since then, she has remarked many times how much she liked living there and also how much she liked the food. Promises good. Deliverers not so good. So many issues. Administrators kind and sweet but complaints are not resolved. Nurses make many mistakes until you bring it to their attention. I have to be there everyday to make sure things are going right. God I dont know what happens when im not there. The poor people who dont have family to serve ad advocates. I cant believe they have awards for being the best.
