I've passed the background check, I have a 7oo+ credit score, and I have met the monthly rent and fees. I was turned down for a rental here without an explanation, less than 24 hours after meeting all the necessary steps for tenancy.
Been living at the Windsor for over a year and the experience has been great to say the least. Property Manager, Dennis, is quick, responsive, & super friendly! Quick turnover time when it comes to any issues or maintenance that’s required! The apartments have good insulation as well so it definitely helps out during the colder winter months.
I’ve been at The Windsor for 6 months and I really enjoy my time here! Denis is a great manager. When he toured me around the property he was accommodating and answered all my questions. The Windsor also communicates with residents if there are any maintenance to be done around the building, which I appreciate. The neighborhood is also great! It’s a quiet place. And whenever I run into my Windsor neighbors, they are friendly and kind. I’m very thankful for what I’ve experienced so far at The Windsor.
Honestly have nothing but nice things to say. Maintenance issues are taken care of when they arise and the onsite manager Denis is always a pleasure to deal with. It’s a rather quiet building, never any issues with excessive noise. It is an apartment building after all.
Infested with bugs. If you like bugs, this is the place for you. First it was termites, now cockroaches. And the occasional cricket. I am a neat freak and I never leave food out, the place is just infested.
