Pool grounds keep, abysmal snow removal, unprofessional property manager, Melissa Samuels. Advertises as dog friendly, however you will absolutely be discriminated against if you have a dog by both the current residents and management. Bottom line, for the money look elsewhere and save yourself the headache.
After over 5 years at living at the Windsor property, I can say the following with great confidence: Management of the properties is absolutely terrible; they are inconsistent and there is constant turnover. If you call and ask to speak with the manager they will never be available and will never call you back. They fail to fix various problems that are reported multiple times, while also expecting to be able to enter your apartment unannounced and without and notice.
