The office manager there should be fired. They don't answer phones, ghost you for months, and when they finally do the job, it's sh$&. They told us they'd discount the price, I paid them 90% which is more than they deserved after cracking our counter, scuffing up several molding pieces, forgetting pieces (like the dishwasher photo where they didn't even add a piece) and then drilling holes in the wrong door, not once but twice! Amazingly fast and efficient. I couldn't believe that they could replace 5 windows inside and out in one day. They did! The work was beautiful, couldn't ask for more. This was the second time I had The Window Store replace some windows for me and both times it was great. Easy peasy as they say.
