This has been happening every winter with our window from the Window Store! Contacted them the very first time it happened 2 months after it was installed and apparently they don’t care! Do not recommend the Window Store!!!!
The employees are the best around. Dave Martin, owner, takes care of them He's also great at donating to local interests.
We were really wowed by how you stood by the work you did more than ten years ago. You not only got us a replacement window at no charge, and charged us a very reasonable labor cost to install it, but you also sent Hunter, who was so professional and thorough. We'll never get windows anywhere else. We're completely delighted.

Ihad 5 windows replaced witch made a big improvement in heating the house. However, there appears to be a small air leak in 1 corner of one of the smaller windows. I reported this over a month ago and they don't seem to be willing to do anything about it. Very disappointing

Had 11 windows replaced as well as new gutters ! The home is completely different and we love the new look/feel!
Had 9 windows replaced and it was a great experience. Both of the installers were friendly and professional and the windows look great. A bit pricey but for the quality of the finished product it's worth the money.
