Initial sale was fine, but after that things were not ideal. I was contacted to fill a last minute vacancy in their schedule, and then proceeded to have the installation delayed every day for 4 days due to illness. Scheduler never reached out, leaving the burden of communication to the sick installer each morning. The delay pushed installation into the weekend, leaving my home in disarray for a week instead of 2 days. We recently had some of our windows done at our home and are extremely happy with the Window Source. Everyone we dealt with was very nice and helpful from the Adam the salesman and installers to the owner. Always quick to respond to questions and accommodating to our schedule. The windows look fantastic and noticeably better than our other windows. We really recommend checking them out. We are very happy with both the company and the windows. We recently, in mid-February, had all of our windows and sliding doors replaced on our 3rd floor condo using The Window Source of Western Michigan. Window Source I have a summer cottage with 60 year old single pane windows badly in need of replacing. I am thrilled with Window Source and the excellent service I experienced. Highly recommend!!!
