Great company. Just had 28 windows and 3 exterior doors replaced. The salespeople were awesome, and work crews diligent and quick to address any issues we had. We had 2 windows mis-ordered, and everyone worked hard to get them resolved. Highly recommend!
I truly had a fantastic experience with this company. Chris and Becca are very professional and very kind. And Jonathan and Austin, who came to install our windows, were amazing! The whole experience was flawless, complete and rewarding. I would highly recommend using Becca and Chris Pound and The Window Source as your go to Company. Five stars wasn’t even enough!!
House built in 2004 still had all builder windows. All were compromised in some way. Looked at five window companies. Most could not replace the rotten trim boards around the windows. TWS DFW was the only one who could handle the whole job. They did an excellent job. 30 total windows replaced. We went with Presidential series, triple pane to really reduce the noise. We are very happy.
Great products, exceptional service, wry economical pricing and in house installers truly care about quality, polite and really keep areas clean.
I love my new windows. I really appreciated that they took down curtains and put them back up, cleaned up their mess, they were quick and helpful. I recommend.
