Recently had 19 new windows and a siding project completed by the guys. They did everything we asked and it looks amazing. Tanner and his crew were so detailed and careful with the windows. The siding crew was amazing. As the project progressed I was able to work with them and they completed the work as we wanted it done. Highly recommend our salesman Brett. No hassle approach. I worked with Brett on replacing my basement windows. Brett took the time to come to my house during the evening to show me the difference between windows. He also brought a display model with me so I could understand what he was telling me. Brett helped me decide which window was best for me and didn't try and sell me the most exspensive window. The window Source installed this egress window for us last year. They claim that it was set 1" above grade. We have had nothing but issues with this window since and our basement has flooded 4 times. Tom came to our house on 8/6/18 and clearly stated that he could see where the rest of our yard on that side of the house had been graded higher than where our window well now sits.
