We received nice quality windows. The best aspect was the installation service. Two great guys who knew their business. They executed the installation and cleaned up. It's sometimes hard to find quality tradesmen today. These guys were the exception.
The installers were knowledgeable and polite. I would happily recommend The Window Source for new windows in your home.

It was a pleasure dealing with The Window Source and everyone involved right from sales through installation. It has been a turbulent year in supply chain issues and I felt as though I had good communications in regard to product arrival and installation. Eric A******* and the entire team at Window Source are great to work with and extremely professional. I had all my windows and sliding doors replaced and get loads of compliments on how they look. The difference in quality compared to what I had is night and day difference. And the Project Co-ordinator who takes the calls and schedules appointments is always friendly and professional. She’s a keeper. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Very happy with my experience with the window source. From start to finish the process was very simple and straightforward. No high pressure sales pitch, the company was in touch throughout and checked on the work after installation was done. I like using locally owned businesses and esp companies like these that make you feel like you’re working with your neighbors. Really nice people, will use them again
We have had The Window Source quote several rentals for us. The pricing is always competitive but this was the first time the project hit and we were able to use them. From the appointment (initial call), to sales visit, to installation - everything went as I expected. Timeliness. Price. Clean up when done and finished product. They checked all the boxes. I will be contacting TWS on our next project.
