I didn't even want to give them one star.First,I paid over $5,000.00 to have hard vinyl sliders put on my lanai. After the 2nd time calling them that the window would not still close, the secretary was rude. When the 2nd man came out, after working on it for quite a while, he wound up replacing the window Just before that, my one window was leaking. He said he would drill a hole in it.
