I thought it would be harder than this. I was worried for nothing. Stop looking! Choose them. This was my first time replacing my windows. Did not know anything but was completely comfortable with their process. David was informative and helpful. Installation was smooth and done on time. Job turned out wonderful.
I called several companies most wanted my business this one wanted my problems. Had to get done before my tenant moved in. The customer service is exceptional kept me in touch every step of the procedure. Was told when permit and the material would be there and it was. They did what they promised got it done on time. The windows look great work great and you can trust them.
Beautiful windows and the pricing was competitive. They do some great work, everything was installed within the timelines they given.
When making a large purchase I want to feel comfortable with my vendors; unfortunately, I didn’t with this company. I felt they only wanted to sell me what they thought was “best “ for me (ES Windows) and honestly I felt the salesperson was condescending on more than one conversation. For me, it’s not about the money, rather the entire end to end process. I decided to interview other companies better suited for my personal taste and style
