These people are excellent to work with and they’ve proven on two occasions to us that they stand behind their products a hundred percent. Cory and Aurelio were quick to solve my little problem and were happy campers. Thanks Window Guys!
Unreliable and unprofessional. No call no show for 10 am appt today.
Ordered our windows in April. We had to postpone once due to our tenants. They keep bumping us because other customers windows have come in. Now middle of June and they are wanting to bump us to July. Made us pay full price for the windows when we needed to postpone once. Now we are going to try to pick up windows and hire someone else. It should not take this long when our windows are in their warehouse. Selling the house so can’t wait forever to fit in their schedule.
We used The Window Guys in Corona for our new windows, slider doors and front doors. Robert W was our sales contact and he was very professional. He visited our property a few times to take measurements and answer all of our questions. Their price was very fair, especially when compared to the competition.
