From the initial phone call to their office, A REAL PERSON answered the phone, this was a super streamlined process. The designer/salesperson showed up with samples, offered suggestions and I was able to find exactly what I wanted. Installation was fantastic also! There was an end cap broken (which I would not have known) installer pointed it out, ordered a replacement and was back and replaced it. I had an enjoyable experience with *****, the saleswoman who came to my home. She showed me many options & when we nailed it down to 2 or 3, she held them up to the window so I could see how they'd look.I didn't consult with any other company. We had a great experience- had someone out to talk to us about what we wanted, took some time to think about it, got some different options over email and had a salesperson back out to make final decisions and measurements. Never felt pressured on what to buy! Our blinds were ready ahead of schedule and the installers were quick and very nice. Everyone I spoke to was great and they are quick to respond to calls and emails. Id recommend them to anyone.

I'm so pleased with my new (old replacement) Roman ********************** from Affordable Blinds & Shutters. Everything is so beautiful and expertly crafted. There were a couple of glitches with choices of fabric and size availability, but they quickly remedied the issues. The Installation people were very professional and efficient.

They were knowledgeable, completed work in a timely manner, and was available to make adjustments. They installed on a new build for us and the blinds are functional, but added to the look of the house.
