Moved in during Mid July and so far the living experience has been great. Kina, the property manager, responds fast and has been helpful with any maintenance issues I've had. Close to UNC and there are bus lines and a harris teeter and other nice markets nearby by. Neighbors have been nice and no noise complaints thus far. Amazing park behind the complex and really safe neighborhood. I just wished they fixed my apartment entrance security door lights because they don't seem to be lit on at night while other nearby units have... read more

The apartments here are so beautiful and nice, however, management is horrendous. Horrible horrible experience. I was a resident at The Wilson and they claimed to have "lost" my money order of 50$ for an application fee for my subleaser in the mail, made me and my roommates pay the balance online instead by threatening us with legal action of an "unpaid balance", and then when I went to my bank to put a stop order on my money order since it was "lost" my bank informed me that the money order was actually received and cashed ... read more
One of the best living situations I've had. Management is prompt and helpful, the property is very peaceful and quiet, and the location is perfect (close to downtown but not too close, next to Wilson Park which has tennis courts and running trail access).
