RecommendedThis is mom's 3rd facility in the last 12 years and where she's the happiest she's been in all that time. Beautiful facility, caring staff and owners, great food, and lots of activities made this an easy choice.
The staff at The Willows goes above and beyond what we had hoped for in a memory care place. The lifetime enrichment coordinator comes up with fun different things to do all of the time. And keeps us updated via posts on FB. Absolutely love this place.
The Willows of Matshalltown was truly an answer to our prayers. This is not your average nursing home. They are awesome!! Dad needed help with daily activities and he was lonely. The entire staff has been amazing. They picked up and hung curtains, arranged for his furniture and personal items to be picked up. When dad arrived his apartment was beautifully set up. It is full of great residents who are taken care of by the greatest staff anywhere. They help make the residents day and if you are a visitor they smile and welcome you. Clean and the food is terrific. Pat McBride
I was very against having my grandma into an assisted living facility. I work in healthcare and i’ve worked at some nursing homes/assisted living facilities that always didn’t treat their residents the best. But the Willows has met and went beyond every expectation I have had. They treat my grandma like family and my family also! I love that the administrative staff is always around and available to talk at almost any time. I couldn’t have asked for a better facility for my grandma. ♥️
As soon as you walk in the door you feel welcome! ALL the staff is caring, accommodating, willing to do whatever is needed to make the resident, family comfortable. I highly recommend this community to everyone!!
One of the best and next closest thing to “home” for you’re special loved one. The owners, administration, && staff are absolutely wonderful. Highly suggest taking a tour if you are looking for somewhere special for your loved one! ❤️

I can not begin to express my love and gratitude for the amazing staff at the Willows. If you want to give your parents the thanks and respect they deserve, then consider helping them make a move to the Willows. The owners and staff are top notch and the facility is out of this world! They care for your loved one like their very own!
