Great community nice neighborhood. It's a beautiful apartment complex but it's a bit dated you can tell it definitely needs a little bit of work as far as the roofs go. Maybe better management of the squirrels and chipmunks. Seems every year there's some issue with squirrels running in the ceiling.. By the way you are responsible for damages caused by the squirrels chewing your cable or Internet wires in the Attic although you don't have access to that area. Terrible people and neighbors. They also pick sides depending who's there longer. They will fine you and evict because a child with a disability cries.
the management is very negligent, we had rats, odor and leaking, i do not suggest that you rent in this condominium!!
