This place is horrible you need to file a police report for them to check the cameras and theres rats all over my package got stolen 5 times and they haven’t done nothing about but say make a police report to check the camera’s what’s the point bro if I could rate it a 0 I would so much thieving no heart for other people packages how much they spent
Made an appointment through Zillow to take a look at this place. But apparently I made the appointment through an “AI chat bot” ( an appointment confirmed multiple times through text and email )and because they don’t verify the appointments they make through the AI chat bot I was told I couldn’t tour the place I set up an appointment to tour. I was a visitor years ago with Teresa Alseth who daughter Amanda Green, and the former Manager Linda is at Calabash properties is a very nice person, and one time I visited Teresa Alseth Linda gave a gift basket for me. Because I was a good visitor back then. Whoever is not taking out trash to dumpster is causing insects and rats mice in the apartment complex.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. If you can help it, DO NOT MOVE HERE! It's severely infested with bugs. Roaches, spiders, centipedes gnats, you name it. It doesn't matter how clean you are. They keep coming. And the neighbors are loud. Walls so thin, you can hear your upstairs neighbors pee. The air conditioning unit is crap. I was looking into possibly renting from here, but I read the reviews. But most importantly I read the rules for owning a cat. In order to have a cat live with you you must remove the first knuckle on their paws so they are declawed. Absolutely not.
