Good afternoon, I would like to know if there a management problem at this location. I have called and left multiple messages for over a two months and have not received a call back as of today 4/6/2026. I'm interested in renting an apartment.
The townhouse layout nicely organized.
Im wanting to move in and im still trying to live here. But cannot even get a call, email, text, or voicemail back.
I applied to be on the waiting list for the willows at spring mills in late 2019 to early 2020 and have been contacting them every 6 months since about my application. Today I called and spoke to the manager and she said she sent a letter to me on the 27th (which I never received) and took my name off on the 3rd. (It is the 8th) and after waiting over 4-5 years and consistently calling them she says there is nothing she can do.
