Im wanting to move in and im still trying to live here. But cannot even get a call, email, text, or voicemail back.
I applied to be on the waiting list for the willows at spring mills in late 2019 to early 2020 and have been contacting them every 6 months since about my application. Today I called and spoke to the manager and she said she sent a letter to me on the 27th (which I never received) and took my name off on the 3rd. (It is the 8th) and after waiting over 4-5 years and consistently calling them she says there is nothing she can do. Parents in the community have no regard for others living within the community. They allow their children to do as they please with no supervision. There is a playground on site but yet teens loiter in front of your door making excessive noise. They occasionally lean on your vehicle without regard. They ride electric dirt bikes up and down the strip of our community. The leases are late. Maintenance never shows.
