I applied to be on the waiting list for the willows at spring mills in late 2019 to early 2020 and have been contacting them every 6 months since about my application. Today I called and spoke to the manager and she said she sent a letter to me on the 27th (which I never received) and took my name off on the 3rd. (It is the 8th) and after waiting over 4-5 years and consistently calling them she says there is nothing she can do. Parents in the community have no regard for others living within the community. They allow their children to do as they please with no supervision. There is a playground on site but yet teens loiter in front of your door making excessive noise. They occasionally lean on your vehicle without regard. They ride electric dirt bikes up and down the strip of our community. The leases are late. Maintenance never shows. Well my review definitely has a different tone then others, I love it here, it's beautiful to live in a neighborhood with such diversity. Maintenance is always working on something and is keeping busy fixing things up, the landscape crew does a excellent job and in fact this past week they even power washed the grounds. (Within reason) they allow you to plant flowers or in our case we even planted a nice bush. Are there loud neighbors? Yes but that seems to be the case everywhere, there is always one. If I could give it zero stars I would. I do not live here, but have family that does. It is noisy and neighbors harass you if you complain of noise and management laughs at you if you report it.
