Me and my roommate called and emailed twice about an apartment, they were very rude, the first time we called they hung up on us, they left a voicemail a few days later pretty much telling me and my roommate we are on our own. When I called today and explained we emailed and called they were extremely rude and said they did not care that we emailed them.
