The manager was very helpful when I originally applied but unfortunately I was on the wait list for a year and a half and hadn’t heard anything so I sent an email since I can never get an answer on the phone and was advised I was removed 2 days ago “for failure to respond” to a letter that was sent to an old address. An email ,call,or voicemail would’ve gotten a prompt response from me. I can't get thru is there another phone number or when they are open I've been there several times no is there
My sister n law recieved a letter about being next in line for a three bedroom and she called left messages and emails and no one ever reached out. Very disappointing especially for someone that is in need of a home and was excited to recieve that letter.
