I would highly recommend the Willows! Our Grandmother resided at the Willows and it was top-notch! The appearance, the staff, and the food are all AMAZING!! ���
It was much better in past years. The administrative staff is most likely the problem. My mother has been there 3 times. The previous stays, the care was outstanding. This time not so much. Calls not returned, no input offered on care . They don't like suggestions . My mother has spent the last 6 months pushed out in front of the nurses station where she spends her entire day. The lowest paid care givers work their butts off while the administration don't do their job. I would have moved her had i been her POA. My suggestion... read more
