Alex did a great job re-caulking the inside and outside of my bathtub!!! It looks so great! And he also helped move the oven out for me so I can grab some stuff that fell behind it and clean behind it cause I’m 8 months pregnant and cannot do that by myself lol the maintenance team here is always great! They always fix things ASAP and have made the living experience really great knowing I can count on them!
DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!! Rental office staff no not care about the residents here or the units !!!! Notning but roaches mice ants and other bugs in the buildings and apartments! Also have an unfair towing policy that’s messed up especially for what people are paying to live in the hell whole. I pray this place gets new management and they can turn this place around bc Morgan properties are known to have trash complexes. 0/10 DO MO RECOMMEND
I had a rental car due to my car beîng broke into put there they had my car towed after I told Amber I had the rental car it cost 350 she would call ànd text bout rent but ́ever ask if i still had rental car
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. From the moment I moved in, it’s been a string of disappointments and confusion. First off, there’s a hidden fee of nearly $120/month that no one can clearly explain. I already pay $65 monthly in amenities, so what exactly is this extra charge for? On the extra charge it says “water, trash ETC” so what are amenities? No transparency whatsoever. It feels like I’m being billed just for existing here.
