Horrible. Squatting people living in Apts rent free the last 6 months. Office has done nothing about it. Roaches, dirty complex. Very expensive and raising each year. Find out all the hidden charges before renting.
I will say it over and over amazing property no complaints from me at all
Update. Worked predominantly with Chad. Good dude, helped me with what I needed to do as far as moving in and getting a few things fixed. Make sure you dot all your i's & cross all your t's. Couple things im not too happy about but I'm also appreciative of the chance to move in somewhere. Next spot will just be a level up is all. Do not rent here. Shady business practices, predatory towing, unhelpful staff, maintenance shows up wearing backpacks and sheistys. None of the bedrooms have lights. Goodluck doing your laundry it cost about 6 bucks a load and your neighbors probably wont be in a hurry to get theirs done. The environment here feels very ghetto. I will be moving out ASAP.
