I do not recommend living here at all. Too much marijuana, noises, those ceilings are about to fall down. You can't rest because the neighbors walk and run around and don't let you sleep because the ceiling is very loud. The smell of marijuana is horrible. You have been complaining for months and the administration does nothing. Even though they have no-smoking rules, they do nothing.
