I called many times they never attended. I had to go to the place, the apartment look nice, they are not too expensive
This place has went down and change so many management, can't keep maintenance up and I am paying for pest control and never seen them come out and have requested many times. Manger can't keep someone in the front office , this all I hear every time" I will not process in the office, as I am the only person currently working in the office." I live in HOOVER, AL next to beautiful garden.
I wouldn't wish these apartments on my worse enemies!!! Mold, mildew, waterbugs, roaches, washers never work, water leaking and weird smells!!!
Tried to get a apartment went through the whole process paid my 500 non refundable and was told I was good just waiting on a apartment to be available. Just for them to say I've been denied. They will keep your money and make you think you are good just to say your denied and you can't get the money back..... Go else where if you can.....
Don’t move here !!! They have roaches they don’t fix anything it was mold in the bathroom and the people in the office always got an attitude and hide from people .Also roaches all on the kitchen table these are terrible don’t move here .!!!
