If you are thinking of living here, don't even do it to me, the place is horrible, the administration is complete garbage, The supposed manager does absolutely nothing. He just spends his time smoking outside and doesn't even bother walking around and inspecting the houses from the outside, since there's garbage everywhere. Aside from that, his way of dressing isn't even ideal for someone who manages something, since he always comes dressed in shorts and a shirt, as if he's coming from a party, It's quite rude. This place is a nightmare good luck getting anything fixed. It's been 2 months now and nothing has been fixed in my apartment. I was told the reason being was because of excessive work orders due to poor maintenance of the apartments.Which seems to be an excuse for a broken light fixture and a stove element . l later went back to ask about this problem. Very bad experience, I already have 8 days with the zinc covered and it has already passed until the carpet and it is wet and in the laundry room they do not work only 1

I came home to a note on the door from Birmingham waterworks saying that the apartment complex has not been paying the water bill and it’s gonna be shut off in 30 days so I’m definitely worried and to top it off. No contact on the apartment complex representatives.
