If you are thinking of living here, don't even do it to me, the place is horrible, the administration is complete garbage, The supposed manager does absolutely nothing. He just spends his time smoking outside and doesn't even bother walking around and inspecting the houses from the outside, since there's garbage everywhere. Aside from that, his way of dressing isn't even ideal for someone who manages something, since he always comes dressed in shorts and a shirt, as if he's coming from a party. Very bad experience, I already have 8 days with the zinc covered and it has already passed until the carpet and it is wet and in the laundry room they do not work only 1
I came home to a note on the door from Birmingham waterworks saying that the apartment complex has not been paying the water bill and it’s gonna be shut off in 30 days so I’m definitely worried and to top it off. No contact on the apartment complex representatives.
Do not move here unless you want a patched up apartment. The show apartment looked nothing like the unit I received. There were roaches when I first moved in and the paint/tile in my tub was never fixed. My hot water heater malfunctioned multiple times and my water never stayed hot while showering. The front office is never open and no one ever answers when you call. These are overpriced for the value you receive. Pest control is a must!! Not only there’s roaches but since there is door valet trash pickup, there has been sightings of rodents entering apartments any way possible. With a lot of vacant apartments and short staff it’s tough but rodent issues…… Hoover/Vestavia Hills area WE HAVE A PROBLEM. If there is one there are more! Tenants should not have to battle roaches & now rodents especially the ones with babies (no one generally). We know some tenants decline pest control services because of health reasoning, religion, or etc ... read more
