Not sure what or why an order in the amount of $21.23 needs to be manually approved when processed online. But after ordering online and 70 mins later I call to check on my delivery. It had not even been processed. I was told orders over a certain amount need to be approved?!?!? So for an hour this order sat there. Not sure what the employees were doing but it is now 8:15 and I am still waiting for an order placed at 6:36! If your going to do online ordering you need a better system. We were waiting a few extra minutes and they came out and offered us a free bag of chips and we are waiting great service very friendly and makes you feel at home.
My daughter and I love this place. We eat there once a week.
I have been going here for over 40 years and the last couple years it has gone way down hill. Certainly not the same old place it use to be.
They changed hands and serve Meatball subs that are previously frozen and cold in the middle. The onion rings were gross and greasy, not light and flaky like the originals. I would not eat here unless you like a steakum sandwich. Not the same food.
Great food and really good service for dine in, take out and delivery.
This place is amazing! Fantastic sandwiches, pizza, and, well, everything. My family eats here at least once a week.
