Very happy - just received my deed today! After an unsuccessful attempt to purchase another property, I found a listing with Brandi Long for an equivilent property. I called and put together a successful offer which closed in 30 days. Brandi is part of a team with her mother Michelle who leads a very professional, knowledgeable, efficient, technologically driven brokerage - while I could have, I never met anybody in person. Everything was done by telephone and online which is great because I live in South Florida.
