The service was great, the concierge were very helpful and accommodating! Rooms were a decent size and clean and location was perfect. Would definitely recommend!
The staff is super friendly and thoughtful. The common area is kept very clean. Water dispenser and self serve laundry are very thoughtful. Rooms are well designed and roomy for NYC. Location is convenient. No complaints!

I booked the hotel because my apartment nearby was being worked on and my wife and I wanted to come to NYC, so seeing the reviews and the location, I chose this place. Not to bore with the details, the rooms are absolutely clean and the service is impeccable. Lilandra was amazing at accommodating us and I must say I haven’t had a better experience anywhere else, it is on par with the Mandarin Ritz in Madrid. Keke and Ebony were the most gracious of hosts at the front desk! Great recommendations for dining and experiences. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location in Midtown was perfect to access the subway at Grand Central to take you anywhere!! Walking distance to the Chrysler Building, Empire State and Top of the Rock. One Summit Vanderbilt IS my recommendation for the BEST views of ALL the buildings! Go for the private VIP tour and ask for Phil!
