An amazing location! There are lots of great things to do and plenty to see. The room is so clean and lovely 🤩—there’s plenty of space and a really nice view, too. The staff are really nice; they explained everything in a friendly way and were very helpful. That’s why I give it a 10/10—I’d definitely come back. ☺️😊😇😇😇

Oh, William where do I begin….I’ve really been a big fan for a long time and have always told colleagues to come here because of the great location and the amazing bar downstairs (the Shakespeare). The staff are always great and amazing and this time they didn’t disappoint. Always welcomed with a smile and carefully walked through all the info for check-in, etc. But unfortunately, my room just was missing some basic features that really could have made a big difference. So it has a great location we could walk from great Grand Central. However, there are some big negatives there is no Safe. When my wife wanted to use the hairdryer, she couldn’t find it and normally we would go down to reception and ask for one, But the elevator was broken for three of the days we were there. When we tried to go downstairs, no one answers in fact they give you a Florida phone number online. Amazing staff!! Ebony, Keke and I don’t remember the name of the other girl from the lobby with glasses (I’m so sorry!) but they were amazing! I felt welcomed and appreciated. Location is amazing, if you like to walk you can almost walk everywhere from there. I definitely recommend this Hotel!

Great hotel with excellent service, Large rooms with very good equipment, Great location in Midtown NY between Grand Central Terminal und Bryant Park. Absolutely recommended.
