Nos echaron del hotel porque cancelaron el convenio que tenían con Marriot y nosotros habíamos reservado mediante esa aplicación. Literalmente anularon nuestra reserva a la mitad de nuestra estancia, tuvimos que irnos intempenstivamente sin ninguna otra explicación ni compensación. Además de eso, inhabilitaron el ascensor por lo que tuvimos que bajar el equipaje por las escaleras sin ningún tipo de asistencia. PESIMO por donde se lo mire, nunca nos había pasado algo así. Superior room with 1 Queen and Balcony에서 5박했습니다. 룸상태 깨끗하고 넓고 호텔키없이 code로 출입하는거 정말 편했어요. 호텔 위치가 좋아서 주변에 유명한 곳들 도보로 이동하기 좋아요. 일반적인 형태의 호텔은 아니고 미국 가정집에 온 느낌입니다. 호텔 로비가 있지 않고 1층에 bar가 있어서 저녁에 다닐때는 입구가 좀 혼잡할수 있어요. 저는 5층이었는데 bar가 있다고 해서 방까지 소음이 있는건 아닙니다. 호텔 이름은 William인데 Bar 이름은 Shakespeare, 그래서 그런지 bar라고 하는데 서재 느낌이에요.

Imagine booking a hotel 9 months before your stay and on the day before the hotel cancels your booking. This IS WHAT HAPPENED TO US. At The William Hotel; our two day stay in midtown manhattan has been ruined. All our planned activities were within walking distance and now the hotel moves us 25mins car ride away. How ridiculous. EXTREMELY UPSETTING. Think again before you book at this hotel.
