Stayed here recently. There were issues with the room that we brought to the front desk's attention (her name on the tag was Ebonne if I remember correctly), but we were dismissed and gaslit into thinking nothing was wrong. She had such a dismissive demeanor and seemed like she didn’t want to be bothered (which was weird because she didn’t seem busy?) that we chose to walk away to avoid any further conflict. I recently stayed at The William by Sonder and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by Keke at the front desk, who was not only professional but also incredibly friendly. I stayed at The William with my partner last month, and overall, we enjoyed our stay. I do have one piece of constructive feedback: while the front desk agents and housekeeping personnel are friendly and nice, I believe they could benefit from additional training to be more refined and mindful of maintaining a quieter, more professional atmosphere in the hotel. Superbe grande chambre Emplacement top du top car proche de la gare centrale , proche de Bryant park❤️ et proche de Time Square ... personnel super gentil , disponible .. le seul hic .. le ménage dans la chambre 1 semaine et pas de ménage... passer 1x sur 7 jours cela aurait été top mais vraiment que cela a dire ... On dispose de serviette , une machine à laver pour l hotel , du café, thé etc etc ... que cette petite remarque ... A refaire j y retourne ... Merci pour la gentillesse
