Our stay at the William hotel was absolutely fabulous. We were there celebrating my best friend's birthday the location was absolutely perfect. The room size was amazing as well as the cleanliness of the hotel. I'd like to mention a particular staff member Kiki was fabulous!!!!! This employee was a 10 out of a 10 as far as customer service . I will definitely recommend that hotel to anyone who's planning on traveling to New York city. Thank you our stay was absolutely amazing.
clean, nice hotel. only stayed one night but it was solid. for the price, the rooms could have been a bit more updated and swanky...but i suppose everything is really expensive now so i shouldn't have expected too much.
