My daughters 25 & 23 tried throwing a party for me for my 50th. The service was great, the food was great, but my kids were not set up for success by the event coordinator, Kathryn. Poor communication skills and only called us once after at least 5-10 emails, and multiple calls to basically every department at Willcox with no return call. Every email had a phone number attached. Took my wife for her birthday and service was good but had to send my steak back twice and still wasnt right so I just took it home.
A true classic hotel. Excellent food and service.
Food just average at best. Very expensive....not worth the hype!
We did not stay at the hotel. My husband and I had dinner there. The food was fantastic. The atmosphere was warm and inviting and our waitress, Kaitlyn, was top notch. We will definitely make another trip there.
