If you have curly hair, I strongly recommend going somewhere else. My experience was extremely disappointing, especially when it came to the blow-dry. There was clearly a lack of experience with curly hair and very poor blow-dry skills. I went in for a root touch-up, and Courtney applied the wrong color. Do not go here if you have curly hair!!!!!! I went today to get my bangs cut and some layers in my hair. I've had my bangs cut before at different places, but they were fairly grown out, I showed her a picture of how I wanted them. I felt like there was no effort, care, or thought put into my hair and how it works. She didn't even seem to know how to use a diffuser properly. My hair was a frizzy disaster when I walked out.
