They are good at responding to maintenance requests. Just wish the properties were a little more upkept. Staff seems to care about resident issues tho.
Coming up to 4 years of staying here, and they have improved a lot since then. Maintenance are quick and friendly, or not so quick if the matter is less urgent which is understandable but nonetheless, they take care of it. In the beginning there was a roach problem, but after some time cleanliness and care, I rarely see them now. -1 a star only because sometimes parking is terrible. If I get home too late from work or anything, I'd have to park 2-3 buildings over. Other than that, I enjoy my stay here.
