My experience with The Wilder improved after a rocky start. I still feel that maintenance needs better communication and planning. I've had people wander into my unlocked apartment to realize they are in the wrong unit, unannounced visits on my water heater (which was a mess the first month but since resolved with a family friend) and all around confusion and passive aggressive behavior at my exhaustion with 10 maintenance visits and an inch of standing water.
