I went to turn in my rent money order early and they put it in the wrong account and had to search for my receipt and go back to show them again that I did turn it in even though it was their mistake. Smh ! This is not their first “mistake” they’re lucky I had saved my receipt since it had been a couple days already. My whole rent money would have been gone to another account bc of them😡
I’ve had to consistently tell maintenance guy to come fix things in my apartment and it’s been about a year of having to constantly remind them and they haven’t came or contacted me about the issues I’ve reported to them. They are quick to charge you a fee for anything but won’t maintenance the apartment I pay for. These are NOT luxury apartments as they claim. Their leasing office ppl are a joke !
This is the worst apartment I have ever lived in the parking is so bad and scarce I think it’s all about money and am totally disappointed. Am so tired of hunting for parking spots. Mostly coming home after work so tired and exhausted then start looking for parking 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 Am so done.
LGBT friendly. The maintenance supervisor is the gayest of all. His skinny jeans and lady glasses are hilarious.
