DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I would give them negative stars if I could!!! It takes them forever to complete a maintenance request! This is be 2nd time in 7 months that I’ve had to go without hot water FOR DAYS (the last time was 7 days in the middle of December!) and I’ve been calling the office all day, only to be told to call back by 3 if no one shows up from maintenance, but when I call back to the office, they stop answering the phone! I’ve been reporting issues with my air conditioning for over three months, yet nothing gets done; I have to go speak with them every single day, and they always come up with some excuse to avoid making repairs. But when rent is due, they’re constantly messaging me to pay up... I always pay my rent on time, yet they never perform maintenance on the apartments. I’ve spoken to everyone in the office, and nobody does anything—I really hope they provide a solution now.
DO NOT RENT!!!! Maintenance is trash there are 5 under trained individuals for over 300 units, staff pretends to be helpful, they are not, management is dismissive and rude, specifically Adrienne, who had a whole temper tantrum because of the lack of staff and maintenance help. Please have your maintenance driver slow down while driving in the parking lot(white lifted chevy) he came dangerously close to hitting my family today, you need speed limit signs because this is an on going issue in your lots and more speed bumps. Theres alot of children out because of summer break
I've been calling for over a week to get my apartment dryer fixed, and they only say they repair emergency items and that I have to wait my turn. I pay my rent on time, but if I'm more than a day late, they charge extra. They should have a system in place for repairing and addressing property damage. My contract includes the washer and dryer, and they justify it by saying I can do my laundry at a building near my apartment.
