2.5/5 after four years living there We moved into the Wilder in early 2021. Had a one bed/one bath on the newer side and LOVED it. BH management was in charge then and super easy to work with. But shortly after move in the office people just stopped showing up and quit?? I am 33 weeks pregnant and our ac has been out for almost a MONTH. I can't even stay in our apartment i have had to stay at a family members because it's over 85 degrees and i literally am waking up dripping from sweat and vomiting because of the heat. I don't understand why we have put in multiple requests and it still hasn't been even looked at. and you never give us a time to make sure we have someone home. I don't understand. Samantha the cleaner/ grounds keeper has an amazing work ethic and is deserving of far more than kudos! She keeps the buildings presentable and takes her job and the quality of her work seriously! As well as I would to recognize the office staff and management Adrian, Emma, and Sydney have been a blessing in my stay here and act with the utmost of professionalism and kindness. Every issue I have had with the apartment has been handled swiftly and diligently even with limited staffing.
Y'all Marcanthony in maintenance is AMAZING! He knows his stuff, after it's fixed still stop by to check and make sure there no problems, hes quick and communicates well with the tenants. As many that have been by too look at the AC unit and this guy fixed it instead of a bandaid! He need a raise!!!! My husband and I are bless to live here with a good team that takes care of there tenants. Thank you!
The office staff is AWESOME especially Emma!!! She helps me with ANYTHING I need! She’s the sweetest person ever and I couldn’t live without her!!! We have been here five years and have never had roaches or lost power!! We’re happy here.
