DO NOT RENT!!!! Maintenance is HORRIBLE, there are 5 under trained individuals for over 300 units, staff pretends to be helpful, they are not, management is dismissive and rude, specifically Adrienne, who had a whole temper tantrum because of the lack of staff and maintenance help. My apartment flooded first week here I called the emergency maintenance number for hours I never got a call back. This place would be perfect if it wasn't for the units not keeping up with the summer heat. Lots of bandaid fixes but no real resolution. It's a shame because everything else about it is lovely but being hot is unbearable.

Takes them WEEKS-MONTHS to solve simple problems. And ladies working at the front desk are unfriendly.
Too much to even write. Poor management, maintenance nightmares and disregard for safety. If you can afford to go elsewhere, do so. But of course that's how they get away with it, many people can't afford anything else.
