No recomiendo estos apartamentos, Son unos hijos de la chingada esta administración,5 años viviendo en wilder Aparment pagas control de plaga cada ,mes son estafadores los de fumigacion y la administración, se acercaba el pago de renta querían sárcale a cada uno $150 si no sacamos las cosaa de los cajones las veces cuando lo hice muchas veces ellos no fumigaron no cumplen, ahora se aprovecharon sinvergüenza $150 no se vale

I have really enjoyed living at The Wilder in Lenexa, KS! The staff are super kind at the leasing office and they always have complimentary coffee for us living here and there are plenty of things to do around the apartments like tennis, basketball, the workout room is huge, and the lounge area has a tv and some games, it sometimes feels like I’m walking into IKEA when I go there for coffee! Super stoked to be living here and it’s affordable rent :)
Really disappointing staff, they are rude. They show us a new building and after signing the lease they gave us old, smelly and dirty apartment which was an issue with health. After a long argument and giving them back the keys. they dicided to offer another one and since we didn't like the way we were treated and the staff was rasing their voice. We decided not to move. **Review: 0 Stars** I regret moving into The Wilder Apartment. From the moment I arrived, it has been nothing but problems. The management is unresponsive, and maintenance requests are ignored for weeks. The building is poorly maintained, with dirty common areas and frequent issues with plumbing and electricity. Noise is a constant problem due to thin walls, and the parking situation is a nightmare. The rent is overpriced for what you get, and the apartment itself had several issues that were never resolved.
