In a previous post, they said I don't live in Then Wilder building #13. I've lived there for 7 years. One year of terrible maintenance service. One month I reported the bathroom ceiling had mold and they were paying for the apartment above it 👆 and the air conditioning was also being paid for. They don't want to do repairs. The maintenance is terrible, and the assistants and manager never give you answers.

Maintenance is pitiful. They only have 2 workers for over 500 residents. Legally they have to maintain the AC we are paying for. Most of the ladies in the office are at least trying their best but Sydney is just plain rude for no reason. It's not my fault your job is miserable I just pay to live here so I'm going to have to reach out to you when everything breaks and I don't need attitude when my apartment is almost 90 degrees.
Do not choose this welder is the worst welder if something broke when he told them they’re gonna come like dictate like two weeks to come fix that
