This is a train wreck of an apartment. Me and my roommates moved in over the summer and there was no AC for the first three days of our lease and it was 80+ degrees in our apartment while moving our things in. Our dishwasher has leaked all over our floor multiple times and has taken weeks to fix this issue. They will also periodically shut our water off with no warnings. They say, below, that they already sent the deposit, but I didn’t receive it !!! It’s been almost 6 months after we moved out.
It’s been almost 5 months since we moved out, they didn’t send us the deposit yet !! Edit: After this response below, I called the office last week, telling them that I didn’t receive it , they didn’t resolve the issue.So it’s been almost 6 months now!!!
I lived at the Wilder when it was called something else. I was there for many years and I don't regret any of it. My apartment was older but every time something needed to be replaced they did so with expediency. These are older apartment buildings that the new owner is renovating as people move. Their management office is really awesome. I have never had an awful experience with them. I was there for 15 years.
