Lived out my full one year lease and I regret it every single day. I actually saw all the red flags from the time I toured this apartment, but unfortunately I had no say in where I lived as my roommate overrode my decision making. 5/5 I’ve really enjoyed my time living with The Wilders. From day one, communication has been clear, and everything about the move-in and tenancy process has been smooth. Any time I’ve needed maintenance, the response has been quick and handled professionally they’ve always made sure the issue was fully resolved, which I really appreciate. I have lived here for 2 years and will not be renewing my lease. I have 60+ cases of maintenance in 2 years. Claiming to be luxury apartments is an absolute joke. They offered to take money off rent for a positive review, I will NOT be doing that. Instead I’ll tell the truth. I have seen people move for bugs, mold, a ceiling falling in. I have also had a neighbor whose door broke by itself (shattered in the cold) and THEY MADE HIM PAY FOR IT. The office staff is rude except one lady. The maintenance is incompetent. Are we able to give zero stars? Because I would if I could. These places are run down, mold and bugs everywhere. Whatever you do, don’t rent here. I haven’t had a two week period since moving here in December where maintenance wasn’t in my apartment. All I want is a peaceful place to live, and that isn’t possible here.
