BAD customer service. We ordered food....was told it would be 25 min wait.....showed up in 30 minutes and stil had to wait an additional 30 min for the food....when i asked what was taking soo long because they clearly weren't busy the guy in the back with an attitude said when its ready it will be brought out....give more realistic times when people call....now the lady upfront did give a 10 dollar gift certificate to me for the long wait and the food wasn't bad....the pizza was warm at best because it was done before every... read more

Officially the ONLY place I will order pizza from!! I order a different GF pizza each time and they all are amazing!!! My picky teens love the "make your own" regular pizza, which is a total score!!!! Plus, each time I call the staff is always friendly and pleasant! *LOVE*

This little pizza shop can go unnoticed... but it is amazing! The service is Iout of this works. They actually care. The second time I called in an order, they knew who I was and called me by name. They saved me in their caller I.D. on their phone. I was blown away. The food is very tasty, and they offer a number of gluten options... my sister and friend are both GF and they said it's the best GF pizza they ever had... Hands down, this is one of the most elite pizza shops around!
I will never order from this place again they are extremely rude, and dishonest we had 3 ppl call wondering where our food was even though we placed our order @ 11:00 am and yet by 12:50 it still hasn't arrived and each time we called we got the run around and a different excuse on why it wasn't here. " other than magically making your food appear what would you like me to do..." It's called customer service and they do not know anything about it.
